Hi, I am Raphaëlle,
I am a UX Researcher, passionate about making things better for humans. In the last few years, I developed a research expertise in multimodal interactive installations. I borrow user research methods from web-design and the video game industry, adapting them to emerging immersive technologies powering the experiences of tomorrow.
I was trained at HEC Montréal where I completed my master’s degree in User Experience in a Business Context. I learned the fundamentals of UX research for websites and apps including implicit (physiological) and explicit (self-reported) measurement tools and methods.
My recent working experience has pushed me to adapt robust UX research methods to innovative projects that often included motion tracking, projection mapping, AR, web apps, connected objects…and more!
